Single Malt Whisk(e)y

Aromas of strawberry, vanilla, and nutmeg prime the palate for rhubarb, pear, elderflower, and honey with a faint salinity which speaks to the coastal proximity of production.

Taste: Comforting smoke envelops the nose, with early notes of creosote, wooden fish boxes, and iodine, followed by vanilla sponge, honey, wood spice, toasted oak, crystallized ginger, and a light dusting of cinnamon. The palate brings dried cherry.

Taste: Orchard fruit, wet pebbles on a beach, oyster shells and eucalyptus. Tobacco leaves, peppercorns, brine, hay bales and marzipan.

Taste: Rich, warming aromas of cinnamon, honey, oak, and milk chocolate. The chocolate darkens on the full palate.
