Taste:A blend of Semillion, Sauvignon and Muscadelle. The wine has a yellow colour with lemony reflections. On the nose it is fresh, with hints of white fruits, citrus fruits, and grapefruit. The flavors mirror the nose with white fruits (peach, apricot).
tasting note: "Deep, yet bright, lemon yellow color. Intense, rich aromas are of peach & pineapple fruit with clean, cedary oak & honey notes. A very sweet palate opens with good citric freshness, opening to a lemon sherbet note then ripe peach & honey.
Taste: Beautiful deep gold. The nose is showing chanterelles, fresh scents of undergrowth with accompanied notes of candied orange, quince, dried fig, wax and a little saffron reminder. It's perfectly supported by beautiful acidity.
Expert tasting note: "A medium yellow color has slight greenish hints. Delicate floral perfumes of lilies & honeysuckle accompany aromas of honey. The palate is very sweet with pungent pineapple flavors & clean runny-honey notes.
